Meal logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. We retain only your recent meal history to power your daily and weekly insights; older meal entries are permanently removed on a daily automated schedule.

Health entries (weight, steps, sleep, water) and account information (your email) are retained for as long as your account remains active, so we can show your progress over time.

When you delete your account, we permanently delete your personal data from our active systems. To request deletion, email us at healthhabitsbot@gmail.com and we will remove your account and associated data within 30 days.

We do not retain your payment card or bank details at any time — these are handled entirely by our payment providers.
